Kirstine

Kirstine has worked as a Data Engineer and BI developer with over five years of experience designing and operating both on-premises and cloud data platforms. She drives the work of ETL pipelines, dimensional models and dashboard design - while collaborating closely with business stakeholders and data domain experts to align technical solutions with strategic goals. Kirstine values quality and transparency, setting up processes that safeguard data integrity and enable systems to evolve alongside business needs. Passionate about sharing knowledge and raising data literacy, she coaches peers in best practices and builds a culture of continuous improvement.

After earning her BSc and MSc in Biomedical Engineering from DTU, Kirstine began her career in 2019 at ATP’s Data & Analytics department, delivering mission-critical, on-premises solutions under strict governance. Moving into consultancy at KPMG, she partnered with pharma, manufacturing, finance and HR clients—facilitating strategy workshops, prototyping proofs-of-concept and rolling out full-scale lakehouse and warehouse implementations. Equally fluent in T-SQL, Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Fabric, Databricks and Power BI,

Kirstine balances quick-win prototypes with robust, governance-ready architectures. Through close collaboration with domain experts, IT operations and business users, she crafts clear documentation and tailored knowledge-share sessions that equip teams for future AI, BI and automation initiatives.

Ásgeir

Ásgeir brings nearly two decades of experience in designing and implementing scalable data platforms using Microsoft technologies. With deep expertise in data architecture, data engineering, and cloud analytics, he helps organizations turn complex data landscapes into streamlined, high-performing solutions. In addition to hands-on delivery,

Ásgeir advises clients on governance, security, and platform strategy. As a recognized Microsoft Data Platform MVP and active speaker at global data events, he stays ahead of industry trends and brings cutting-edge insights to every project. Ásgeir focuses primarily on the data technologies in the Azure cloud such as Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Databricks and dbt.

With a background in on-premises data warehousing Ásgeir understands how to transition from on-premises to the cloud. Technical knowledge is only part of the solution, for a successful implementation it's important to understand the business and communicating effectively with stakeholders. As an experienced technical trainer Ásgeir can explain technology to everyone in a language they understand.

Bo brings more than 25 years of experience building enterprise-grade data platforms that support strategic business decisions. He specializes in integrating complex source systems, developing robust data models, and aligning data architecture with business processes. With a strong focus on quality, performance, and scalability, Bo ensures data flows reliably and efficiently across the organization. His deep domain knowledge makes him a trusted partner when translating business needs into solid technical foundations. Often you will find Bo working with a commercial point of view, making the business and IT “talking the same language” to deliver strong top-line and bottom-line results.

Bo is educated as a civil engineer from Technical university of Denmark and has a long track record with the specification and development of software driven solutions, from low level code, over standard ERP solutions, to front end business intelligence applications. He started his consultancy business back in 1995 while still in university. That gives Bo now more than 30 years in the IT industry.

Since the very first jobs, Bo has been focussing on driving strong commercial results within a vast variety of companies and business processes, but over the years, Bo has been specialising in Pharma and Life science. Here he has worked with global marked leaders to measure and drive results, especially within the field force, making their daily effort based on solid marked and activity data.
